    【摘要】目的：分析健康教育干预在阑尾炎围术期护理中的应用效果。方法：选择我院2019年1月—2020年7月收治的70例阑尾炎患者，依据不同护理方式分为实验组和对照组，每组35例。结果：实验组心理状态评分优于对照组(P<0.05)；实验组并发症发生率(2.86%)低于对照组(17.14%)(P<0.05)。结论：阑尾炎患者在围术期护理当中实施健康教育干预效果显著，改善患者负面心理状态，降低并发症发生率，值得推广应用。
