【摘要】目的：分析延续性护理在过敏性鼻炎患者中的应用效果。方法：选取我院于2021年1月—2023年2月收治的80例过敏性鼻炎患者，以双盲法将其均分为观察组及对照组，各40例。对照组采用常规过敏性鼻炎护理，观察组在对照组基础上采用延续性护理，对比两组症状改善情况、复发率以及生活质量。结果：相较于对照组，观察组护理后鼻塞流涕等症状评分更低，差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组治疗1年后复发率为5.00%，明显低于对照组的22.50%，观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组，差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：延续性护理应用在过敏性鼻炎患者中能够改善患者日常生活质量，并缓解鼻塞、流涕等临床症状，降低疾病复发率。
