    【摘要】目的：探讨自发性乙状结肠破裂的病因、临床特点和诊治方法。 方法：回顾性分析我院近年18例自发性乙状结肠破裂患者的临床资料。 结果：18例患者均经开腹手术,治愈15例术后死亡2例，均死于感染中毒性休克，引起多脏器功能衰竭死亡。结论：早期诊断、尽早手术、合理的手术方式是改善自发性乙状结肠破裂患者预后的关键。

    【Abstract】 Objective ：To investigate the cause of spontaneous rupture of the sigmoid colon, clinical characteristics and treatment. Methods：Retrospective analysis of our hospital in recent years, 18 cases of spontaneous rupture of the sigmoid colon in patients with clinical data. Results：The results have been 18 cases of patients with abdominal surgery, 15 cases of cure after two cases of death, died of infection toxic shock, multiple organ failure caused the death. Conclusion ：Early diagnosis and surgery as soon as possible, reasonable approach is to improve the operation of spontaneous rupture of the prognosis of patients with sigmoid colon key. ......
