铝碳酸镁合奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡49例临床疗效观察

【摘要】目的：探讨铝碳酸镁合奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法：将98例胃溃疡患者随机分为奥美拉唑治疗组(对照组)和铝碳酸镁合奥美拉唑治疗组(观察组)各49例，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率为918%，显著高于对照组患者的755%，组间差异有统计学意义(P<005)。结论： 铝碳酸镁合奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡临床疗效较好，值得临床推广应用。
