摘要：目的:探讨骨折并发脂肪栓塞综合症的临床诊治及预防对策。方法： 2004年8月至2010年8月7例脂肪拴塞综合征患者与骨折端妥善制动；持续高流量湿化吸氧、机械辅助通气；地塞米松+甘露醇脱水；纠正休克，维持水电解质，酸碱平衡；防治急性肾功能衰竭应用抗生素，支持疗法。结果： 7例经1d～9d的治疗，均完全清醒，生命体征恢复正常。结论： 脂肪栓塞综合征的早期诊断及治疗至关重要，可明显降低致残率及死亡率，同时需要加强对脂肪拴塞综合征的预防。
