咳嗽变异性哮喘24例治疗的临床分析(1)

摘要：目的：探讨咳嗽变异性哮喘的诊断和治疗方法，以提高临床对于咳嗽变异性哮喘的认识，并减少误诊率。方法： 选取我院2008年9月~2009年10月收治的24例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的临床资料，随机分为治疗组(12例)和对照组(12例)，对照组患者采用抗感染、吸氧、激素、口服氨茶碱和白三烯受体拮抗剂(顺尔宁)等基础治疗。治疗组患者在基础治疗的基础上雾化吸入β2受体激动剂特布他林2.5~5mg，每次5~10min，每天两次雾化吸入，维持用药3~6个月。比较两组患者咳嗽等临床症状的改善情况。结果：用药3~6个月之后，治疗组患者显效人数8例，有效例数4例，总有效率100%；对照组患者显效例数5例，有效例数3例，总有效率66.67%，治疗患者的疗效明显好于对照组患者，两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论： 对于咳嗽变异性哮喘患者在基础治疗的基础上加用β2受体激动剂，疗效显著，可以有效的改善患者的临床症状，值得在临床推广。
