摘要： 目的：探讨静脉留置针堵塞的原因及对策。方法：观察使用静脉留置针的患者142例，分析发生堵塞的原因。结果：堵塞的原因主要有静脉留置针封管时间，药物作用，患者凝血机制和其他原因。结论：静脉留置针堵塞的原因复杂，是由多种因素相互作用的结果，应加强对这些因素的预防，才能减少堵塞的发生率。

    Abstract:Objective:The discussion vein leaving alone needle stops up reason and countermeasure. Methods：observes the use vein to leave alone the needle the patient 142 examples,the analysis has the jamming reason. Results：stops up the reason mainly has the vein to leave alone the needle tube sealing time,medicine function,patient hemoglutination mechanism and other reasons. Conclusion：the vein leaving alone needle stops up the reason is complex,is result which affects mutually by many kinds of factors,should strengthen to these factor prevention,can reduce the jamming the formation rate.
