摘要：目的：通过置管整个过程中的各个环节的精心护理；保证颈内静脉置管在血液透析的顺利使用。方法：置管前进行心理护理，置管的护理，透析时导管的护理，进行卫生宣教，拔管的护理。结果：减少了颈内静脉进行血液透析的并发症，延长了置管的使用寿命，为透析提供了有力的保证。

    Abstract:Objective:Through sets at in tube entire process each link careful nursing;The guarantee vena jugularis interna sets at the tube in the hemodialysis smooth use.Methods：Sets at in front of the tube to carry on psychological nursing,sets at tube nursing,when the dialysis drive pipe nursing,carries on the hygienic propaganda,cupping nursing.Result：Reduced the vena jugularis interna to carry on the hemodialysis the complication,lengthened has set at the tube service life,was the dialysis has provided the powerful guarantee.
