超激光治疗跟骨骨刺疼痛的临床疗效观察
摘要：目的： 跟骨骨刺是临床上的常见病，增生的骨刺压迫血管神经，可导致脚部剧痛，行走困难，严重影响患者的生活质量，本研究探讨超激光治疗跟骨骨刺疼痛的临床疗效。方法： 选择诊断明确的22例跟骨骨刺患者，使用超激光疼痛治疗仪SUPPER LIZER HA550照射治疗治疗。治疗前后采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)。结果： 超激光疼痛治疗仪治疗跟骨骨刺疼痛的总有效率为90.9%。结论： 超激光疼痛治疗仪治疗跟骨骨刺疼痛的疗效显著。关键词： 超激光 跟骨骨刺 疼痛
