在医学教育活动中如何培养学习兴趣
摘要： 从学生的学习兴趣入手，不断潜心研究和改进教学方法和教学手段，注重智力因素和非智力因素对学习效果产生的影响，不断改进教学方法，因材施教，以培养学生能力为核心，以提高教学质量为目的，是学生毕业后能够和市场需要对接，在社会上找到合适岗位，我们教育工作者才能真正为社会培养出高质量的实用型人才。关键词： 医学教育 兴趣 智力因素 非智力因素

Abstract:From students study interest obtaining,concentrates on study unceasingly with the improvement teaching method and the teaching method,the attention intelligence factor and the non-intelligence factor to studies the influence which the effect produces,improves the teaching method unceasingly,teaches students in accordance with their aptitude,take raises the student ability as the core,take improves the quality of teaching as the goal,after is the student graduates can with market requirement docking,found the appropriate post in the society,our educator can truly train the high grade practical talented person for the society.
