摘要：目的：探讨结肠不同损伤后，一期修复手术的安全性并总结手术经验。方法： 系统回顾分析我院1999 年12 月至2008 年12 月共收治的72例结肠损伤后行一期修复手术的病例资料。结果：72例手术中,术后发生肠瘘3 例;切口感染12 例，腹腔脓肿1 例，均经合理治疗痊愈，全组无死亡病例。结论： 严格掌握手术指证，术后合理治疗，结肠损伤采用一期修复手术是安全可靠的,值得应用。

    72 cases of colon surgery to repair a different experience injury

    Abstract:Objective:Of the colon of different injury,a repair operation and summarizes the safety of surgical experience.Methods:System retrospectively analyzed from December 1999 to December 2008 were treated 72 cases of colon injury underwent a surgical repair of clinical data.Results:72 cases of surgery,postoperative intestinal fistula in 3 cases; wound infection in 12 cases,abdominal abscess in 1 case,were cured after proper treatment,were no deaths.Conclusion:Strict control of surgical evidence,after reasonable treatment,colon injury with a repair surgery is safe and worthy of application.
