摘要：目的：探讨面肌痉挛行显微血管减压术(MVD)围术期的护理方法。方法：对48例面肌痉挛患者行MVD，术前加强心理护理、术前准备，术后严密观察、对症处理。结果：本组48例患者术后46例完全缓解，2例明显缓解，均痊愈出院。结论：加强面肌痉挛行MVD的围术期护理，可减少术后并发症的发生。
