骨科下肢手术后并发深静脉血栓25例护理观察

     摘要：目的：探讨骨科手术后下肢深静脉血栓的护理方法。方法：回顾分析25例患者的临床资料。结果：经过10-15d的l临床治疗和护理，临床治愈13例，显效1例。结论：早期进行功能锻炼并适时用药是预防DVT、防止并发症发生的关键。临床医护人员可进行健康宣教,使患者认识到预防DVT的重要性对预防DVT的发生至关重要。

    Abstract:Objective:After discussion orthopedics surgery lower limb deep vein thrombus nursing method.Methods:The review analyzes 25 example patients clinical material.Results:After 10-The 15d l clinical treatment and nursing,clinical cures 13 examples,shows results 1 example.Conclusion:The early time carries on the function exercise and at the right moment the medication is prevents DVT,prevented the complication occurs key.The clinical medical care personnel may carry on the healthy propaganda,makes the patient to realize to prevents DVT the importance to prevent DVT the occurrence to be very important.
