椎间盘镜治疗腰椎间盘突出的护理
摘要：目的：探讨椎间盘镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理。方法：对椎间盘镜微创手术62例患者进行术前术后护理及术后功能锻炼指导。结果：本组病人术后平均住院5-7天，出院后均获得随访，随访时间为2个月~24个月，根据Nakai分级评定标准，优58例，良4例，优良率100%。结论：椎间盘镜术后护理及功能锻炼在整个过程中起着重要作用。关键词：腰椎间盘镜 腰椎间盘突出症 护理
