摘 要 目的：观察夹心板修复体恢复牙齿形态功能与维护牙龈健康 的效果。 方法：使用夹心板技术修复龈下缺损，观察修复体边缘缺损、牙龈变化。 结果 ：18个月后夹心板修复体表面形态完整无边缘缺损，玻璃离子复合体与复合树脂结合牢固无 松动，牙龈组织状况明显优于对照组。 结论：夹心板修复体维护牙龈组织，保持牙龈美观 的作用明显优于复合树脂修复体。

THE CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON THE AESTHETICS EFFECT OF SANDWICH RESTORATION ON LABIAL SURFACE OF UPPER FRONT TEETH

Abstract Objective: To investigate effect of sandwich res toration on repairing tooth deface and preserving the gingival. Methods: The s andwich technique was used to repairing the defect under the gingival and observ ing the integrality of the restoration as well as appearance of the gingival. R esults: The clinical observation showed that after 18 months the sandwich resto ration was still fit on tooth surface with a perfectly surface and its glass-ion omer combined with the resin tightly.The appearance of ginival in sandwich group showed significant healthy than its controls. Conclusion: The sandwich restora tion is better than composite resin in maintain the health and aesthetic aspect of gingival in upper front tooth. ......
