Cyclin D1和p16在肥大乳房腺体组织中的表达及意义(1)

     [摘要]目的:探讨CyclinD1以及p16蛋白在肥大乳房乳腺组织中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法,检测35例肥大乳房及16例正常体积乳房乳腺组织中cyclinD1及p16蛋白的表达情况及相互联系。结果:35例肥大乳房腺体组织中CyclinD1蛋白阳性表达率51.4%(18/35),16例正常体积乳房标本腺体组织中无一例CyclinD1呈阳性表达(0/16),两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肥大乳房组腺体组织中 p16蛋白阴性表达率为77.2%(27/35),正常体积乳房腺体组织中阴性率为31.3%(5/16),两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在CyclinD1阳性表达的18例样本中,p16阴性表达者17例,阳性表达者1例,CyclinD1阴性表达的17例样本中,p16阴性表达者10例,阳性表达者7例。Pearson相关性分析显示,CyclinD1与p16的表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:①CyclinD1在肥大乳房腺体中呈高表达,p16呈低表达,提示其可能参与了肥大乳房的发生和发展;②CyclinD1和p16在肥大乳房组织中的表达呈负相关,提示二者存在着一定的调控关系。

    The expression and significance of Cyclin D1 and p16 in the tissue of mammary hypertrophy

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of the Cyclin D1 and p16 in the tissue ofmastoplasia.MethodsThe alteration of cyclin D1 and p16 in 35 cases within the tissue of mastoplasia and 16 cases within the normal breast were detected using highly sensitive SP immunohistochemistry method.ResultsThe rate of the positive expression of CyclinD1 in mammary hypertrophy group was 51.4% (18/35), no positive expression of CyclinD1 in the normal mammary group was detected. There was obvious significant between the two groups in a statistics basis (P<0.05). While in mammary hypertrophy group the rate of the negative expression of p16 was 77.2% (27/35). There was also obvious significant between the two groups in a statistics basis (P<0.05). In mammary hypertrophy group, within the 18 cases of positive expression of CyclinD1, the negative expression of p16 is 17cases, while within the 17 cases of negative expression of CyclinD1, the negative expression of p16 is 10 cases.
