126例老年急性左心衰竭院前临床急救分析
【摘要】目的:探讨急性左心衰竭院前急救的方法及临床效果。方法:对126例急性左心衰竭患者迅速给予取坐位、纠正缺氧、镇静、平喘、强心、利尿、扩管等院前急救措施。结果:急救126例急性左心衰竭,急救成功122例,急救成功率96.8% ;死亡4例,死亡率占3.2% 。结论:院前急救可较早改善急性左心衰患者的心脏功能,阻止病情恶化,降低病死率。【关键词】院前急救;急性左心衰竭;临床效果

【Abstract】Objective:Acute left ventricular failure of first aid methods and clinical results. Methods: 126 patients with acute left heart failure patients to take seats quickly to correct hypoxia, sedation, asthma, cardiac, diuretic, expansion tubes, first aid measures. Results: Emergency 126 cases of acute left heart failure, 122 cases of successful first aid, emergency treatment success rate of 96.8%; death in 4 cases, mortality rate 3.2%. Conclusion: First aid may be earlier in patients with acute left heart failure improved cardiac function, prevent disease progression and mortality. ......
