    【摘要】目的:总结12例危重症肠道病毒71型感染(EV71)抢救和护理要点。方法：回顾性分析2010年3-7月我市手足口病定点医院住院12例EV71阳性死亡患儿临床资料及护理要点。结论：危重症EV71感染病例起病急，病情进展迅速，密切观察病情，及早发现重症病例，可以降低死亡率。

    【Abstract】 Goal: Summarizes 12 example danger critically ill enteric virus 71 infections (EV71) to rescue and the nursing main point. The conclusion danger critically ill EV71 infection case gets up critically ill, the condition progress is rapid, observes the condition closely, discovers the critically ill case early, may cut the mortality rate.
