    【摘要】目的：研究采用双重睑术式治疗青少年上睑倒睫的手术技巧和临床效果：方法：采用改良双重睑术联合上睑内翻矫正术治疗青少年上睑倒睫20例(34眼)。结果：术后满意18例占90%，良好2例占10%。结论：改良双重睑术用于治疗青少年上睑倒睫。可获得较为美观的重睑形态和理想的消除倒睫的睫毛位置。
