    【摘要】目的：观察内窥镜鼻窦手术治疗鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的远期疗效。方法：对325例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者行内窥镜鼻窦手术，术后随访一年。结果：治愈279例(85.8%)，好转37例(11.4%)，无效9例(2.8%)，术后并发症主要是鼻腔粘连。结论：经鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术疗效受病变程度、围手术期的处理、手术方式、术后复查等多种因素影响。所以经鼻内窥镜治疗鼻窦炎时，要对以上因素综合考虑，才能取得更满意的疗效。

    【Abstract】 Goal: The observation endoscope paranasal sinus surgery treats nasosinusitis, the nose polyp forward curative effect. Method: To 325 example chronic nasosinusitis nose polyp patient good endoscope paranasal sinus surgery, after the technique, makes a follow-up visit for one year.
