    【摘要】血液透析(HD)是尿毒症患者的不完全性肾替代疗法，它给尿毒症患者带来了生存机会。患者从未经血液净化的明显尿毒症状态过渡到平稳透析阶段称为血液透析的诱导期^[1]。由于治疗方式的改变，这段时期的患者在心理和生理方面都是一个重大的转折期。大多数患者在此阶段都会存在不同程度的恐惧、焦虑、抑郁、绝望等紧张情绪，为了使患者保持良好心态，了解掌握有关的血液透析的知识，提高自我保健意识，顺利进入维持性血透，我院从2009年3月～2011年3月对28例诱导期HD患者采取心理干预，效果切实可见。

    【Abstract】 The hemodialysis (HD) is uremia patient's not complete kidney substitution therapy, it gave uremia patient to bring the chance of survival. The patient never passes through the obvious uremia condition which the blood purifies to transit to the steady dialysis stage is called the hemodialysis the induction period. As a result of the treatment way's change, this time's patient in the psychology and the physiological aspect is a significant transition time. The majority patients can have the varying degree in this stage the fear, anxious, despondent, to despair and so on tense mood, to cause the patient maintains the good point of view, understood that grasps the related hemodialysis the knowledge, raises the self-health care consciousness, enters the maintenance blood to pass smoothly, my courtyard ～2011 year in March adopts the psychological intervention earnestly from March, 2009 to 28 example induction period HD patient, the effect obviously. ......
