【摘要】目的：探讨体外扩增法检验尿道炎患者尿液中沙眼衣原体DNA的情况。方法：选择我院100例尿道炎患者作为研究对象，分别采用体外扩增法及酶联免疫吸附法进行检测，比较两种检测方法的敏感性和特异性。结果：100例尿道炎患者尿液标本检出PCR阳性53例，阳性率53.0%，ELISA法检出阳性率46.0%，体外扩增法检测的阳性率高于ELISA法检出阳性率。采用体外扩增法检测的敏感性为91.3%(42/46)，明显高于采用ELISA法检测的敏感性为79.2%(42/53)，但特异性为79.6%，低于采用ELISA检测的特异性(91.5%)。采用体外扩增法检测的假阳性率为20.4%， 假阴性率为8.70%，χ²8.782，P<0.05。结论：体外扩增法检验尿道炎患者尿液中沙眼衣原体的敏感性高。

    Examination of in vitro amplification of Chlamydia trachomatis urethritis urine DNA research

    【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the in vitro amplification testing of Chlamydia trachomatis urethritis urine DNA situation. Methods Choose from 100 cases of patients with urinary infection as the research object, were used to expand in vitro method and elisa method for testing, to compare the two detection method sensitivity and specificity. Results 100 cases of patients with urinary infection urine specimens detection PCR positive 53 cases, positive rate 53.0%, ELISA detected 46.0% positive, expand in vitro method to detect the positive rate of higher than ELISA detection were positive. In vitro expansion method to detect the sensitivity of 91.3% (42/46), much higher than the ELISA detection sensitivity of 79.2% (42/53), but a specificity of 79.6%, below the specificity of detection by ELISA (91.5%). The expand in vitro method to detect the false positive rate 20.4%, false negative rate is 8.70%, and the χ²8.782, P<0.05.Conclusion In vitro amplification testing of urine Chlamydia trachomatis urethritis patients more sensitive. ......
