【摘要】护理临床路径作为临床路径的一个重要组成部分，需要在创新中发展。我院在护理临床路径创新管理方面进行积极探索，并取得很好成效，通过包括创新护理临床路径内容、创新护理临床路径执行、创新健康教育客观量化评价的多项举措，规范护理行为，提高工作效率，提升护士自身及病人满意度，持续改进护理质量。

    【Abstract】As a important part of clinical pathway , nursing clinical pathway need developmentin innovating. Our hospital actively explore in innovating the management of nursing clinical pathway and has achieved good results.The measures include innovating the content of nursing clinical pathway, innovating the execution of nursing clinical pathway, innovating the health education objective quantitative evaluation. Standard nursing behavior .The working efficiency could be moved up to a new level. Promote the satisfaction of the nurse and the patient . Improve the quality of nursing continuously.
