【摘要】目前氨基末端B型利钠肽前体正广泛应用于临床试验和心血管研究中,近年的研究显示心衰与氨基末端B型利钠肽前体水平升高有关。现主要就近年来关于氨基末端B型利钠肽前体作为危险因子和预测因素在心血管方面的研究进展进行综述。

    Progress in Use of N-terminal pro-B-type Natriuretic Peptide for Clinical application

    【Abstract】N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic is now widely used in clinical practice and cardiovascular research around the world. Research shows that heart failure was independently associated with increased levels of NT-proBNP. This article reviews the clinical utility of the level of NT-proBNP as an integrating marker of various risk factors, and as an incremental predictive marker for the treatment of Cardiovascular disease.
