【摘要】我普外科于2004年8月～2009年12月采用PICC置管用于治疗病例611例。对其并发症及相关因素进行了回顾性分析。结果611例中发生导管相关性感染11例占1.8%。结论 PICC 置管是一项高风险的技术操作, 护士娴熟的穿刺和置管技术，严格无菌操作，以及置管后的管路维护显得尤为重要。输液专业化管理能降低医疗护理风险，提高临床静脉输液的品质和内涵。护理管理者应以积极慎重的态度支持临床开展,制定完善的规章制度,并引导下属认真执行,从而在为能解决临床输液难题的同时确保该技术的安全开展^[1]。

    【Abstract】The complications and related factors of611 PICC patients on the general surgery between August 2004 to December 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. The results showed that11 cases (1.8%)occurred catheter-relatec infection. The conclusion is that PICC catheter is a high risk of technical operations, skilled nursing puncture and catheter technology, strict aseptic technique and pipeline maintenance is very important. Professional management of intravenous infusion can reduce the security risks of health care, improve clinical quality and content of intravenous infusion. Care managers should adopt a positive attitude in support of this technology, well-developed rules and regulations, and made subordinates enforced, and in order to solve the clinical problem while ensuring the safety of technology to carry out. ......
