像束TM(PixelTM)激光治疗寻常痤疮的近期疗效观察(1)

【摘要】目的 对比2940nm像束激光治疗与传统药物治疗对寻常痤疮的疗效，评价2940nm像束激光治疗寻常痤疮的临床效果。方法 39例痤疮患者分成激光治疗组和药物对照治疗组，激光治疗组的患者选用2940nm像束激光治疗，药物对照治疗组以外用0.1%维A酸乳膏，口服抗生素甲硝唑片和罗红霉素或可选用米诺环素进行治疗；激光治疗2～4次，药物治疗3个月后，以疗效指数和患者满意度评价治疗效果。结果 激光平均治疗3.4次后，患者平均疗效指数为79.2%，满意率为84.2%；药物平均治疗95.3天后，患者平均疗效指数为39.8%，满意率为35.0%。结论 2940nm像束激光治疗疗效优于较传统药物治疗疗效，2940nm像束激光是治疗寻常痤疮是一种较好方法。

The Short Term Effectiveness of Acne Vulgaris Treated by PixelTM Laser

【Abstract】 ObjectiveThe effectiveness of acne vulgaris were compared between 2940nm PixelTM Laser and traditional medicine to evaluate the clink effectiveness of acne vulgaris treated with 2940nm PixelTM laser. Method39 acne vulgaris patients were divided into laser treated group and medicine treated group, the patients from laser treated group were treated with 2940nm PixelTM laser, and the patients form medicine treated group were treated with 0.1% retinoic acid cream, metronidazole, roxithromycin and minocycline. After treated with laser 2～4 times or medicine about 3 months, the effectiveness were evaluated by the therapeutic index and the satisfaction of patients. ResultAfter treated with laser 3.4 times, the mean of the therapeutic index is 79.2% and the satisfaction rate of patients is 84.2%; after treated with medicine 95.3 days, the mean of the therapeutic index is 39.8% and the satisfaction rate of patients is 35%. ConclusionThe effectiveness of laser better than traditional medicine, 2940nm PixelTM laser is a good physical therapy for acne vulgaris.

痤疮是一种毛囊皮脂腺的慢性炎症性疾病，多发于青春期男女。发病机制与性激素水平，皮脂腺毛囊口角化、毛囊内微生物及遗传有关。临床上以粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、结节囊肿及瘢痕为特点。传统痤疮治疗方法以口服抗菌素和外用药物为主，而光疗法是一种新的疗法[1]，主要有1450nm半导体激光，CO2激光打孔，长脉冲激光，He-Ne激光，CleartouchTM痤疮治疗仪，强脉冲光，光动力学等。像束TM激光是近几年治疗凹陷性痤疮瘢痕的激光，我们自2009年5月至2010年6月采用像束TM(PixelTM)铒激光治疗寻常痤疮19例，取得满意的效果。
1 资料与方法
1.1 临床资料:39例痤疮患者于2008年1月至2010年5月选自我院整形美容科门诊病人，治疗前根据患者面部炎性丘疹、脓包、结节、囊肿的数目对痤疮的严重程度分类，分类方法具体见表1[2]。所有分成激光治疗组，19例，其中男性15例，女性4例，年龄16岁～34岁，其中Ⅰ度19例；Ⅱ度19例；Ⅲ度12例；Ⅳ度4例；药物对照组20例，其中男性14例，女性6例，年龄16岁～30岁，其中Ⅰ度19例；Ⅱ度19例；Ⅲ度12例；Ⅳ度4例。 ......
