【摘要】目的:观察逆向剥离联合自体球结膜瓣移植术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。 方法:对我院于2008年至2010年中的83眼翼状胬肉病人采用逆向剥离联合自体球结膜瓣移植术，术后随访6个月～12个月，观察治疗效果。 结果:随访期内有1眼翼状胬肉复发(1.20%)，无其他并发症。结论:逆向剥离联合自体球结膜瓣移植术能够治疗翼状胬肉，并且可以有效减低术后复发率及干眼不适感。

    【Abstract】Objective:To evaluate the curative effects of reverse stripping with autologous conjunctival transplantation disc using on pterygium. Methods: Collected and analyzed clinical data from eighty-three cases with pterygium treated by reverse stripping with autologous conjunctival transplantation disc, which were followed up from six to twelve months. Results: All cases were treated well without complication, with the exception of recurrence of one case.
