    摘要 目的 为研究国人肓肠活动度与麦—脐距离测量比较，以确定从脐孔阑尾切除术的可能性。方法：测量成人325例，儿童521例麦—脐距离及肓肠活动度之数据，进行统计学处理。结果：肓肠活动度在非粘连、挛缩的情况下，大于麦—脐距离。结论：阑尾、肓肠可以拉出脐外手术。

    Abstract Objective:To measure the activity of the cecum and the distance between the McBurney's point and the umbilicus in the Chinese so as to evaluate the feasibility for the peritoneoscopic appendectomy through the umbilicus.Methods:The activity of the cecum and the distance between the McBurney's point and the umbilicus in 325 adults and 521 children were measured and the statistical analysis was made for the data obtained.Results:With no adhesion or contracture of the cecum, the range of the active excursion of the cecum was greater than the distance between the McBurney's point and the umbilicus.Conclusions:The appendix and the cecum can be pulled out of the umbilicus during the peritoneoscopic appendectomy through the umbilicus. ......
