摘 要:《濒湖脉学》首创“四分法”以归类27种脉象,即八阳脉(浮数实长洪紧动促)、十五阴脉(沉迟涩虚短微缓革濡弱散细伏结代)、三种阳中之阴脉(滑芤弦)、一种阴中之阳脉(牢脉)。比晋•王叔和《脉经》的24种脉象多出了3种脉象:长脉、短脉、牢脉。《中医诊断学》(高等医药院校教材)认为比李士材《诊家正眼》的28种脉象少1种脉象:疾脉,其实在濒湖脉学所附的四言诀中已提及疾脉。探讨其中主要的浮沉迟数脉以及相似脉,其创新点是描述脉象具体形象,独取寸口,并把浮沉迟数四种脉象概括为众脉的一个提纲,加以分析,以了解病症在表在里,属阴属阳,从而能引申而触类旁通。

    Creative Conception of PinHuMaiXue

    Abstract:PinHuMaiXue originated a scheme of quarter operations of MaiXue and clasified 27 sorts of MaiXiang. It was BaYangMai, ShiWuYinMai, ThreeYingMai of Yang,One YangMai of Yin. It increased by three MaiXiang compared with that of MaiJing of WangShuHe. These were LongMai,ShortMai,LaoMai.Diagnostics of TCM considered that it reduced by one MaiXiang,which is JiMai. Creative Conception of PinHuMaiXue is that PingHuMaiXue advocated to chunkou and described MaiBo suitable location. ......
