红花注射液对急性肝损伤大鼠抗氧化作用的实验研究(1)

    摘 要:目的:探讨红花注射液对内毒素性急性肝损伤(AHI)大鼠模型的保护作用。方法:以小剂量脂多糖/D-氨基半乳糖(LPS/D-GalN)造成大鼠AHI模型,使用红花注射液进行干预,并设还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)注射液为阳性对照组;分别于6、24和48h取血和肝组织,测定血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)和一氧化氮(NO)的水平变化,以及肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的水平。结果:模型组血清ALT、AST、NO及肝组织MDA的水平明均明显高于空白对照组(P均<0.01),肝组织SOD活力明显低于空白对照组(P<0.01)。红花治疗组各时间点血清ALT、AST、NO及肝组织MDA的水平明显低于模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01),肝组织SOD活力明显高于模型组(P<0.01)。红花治疗组和阳性对照组之间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:红花注射液能够降低内毒素性AHI大鼠的氧自由基水平,抑制脂质过氧化反应,对AHI有较好的防治作用。

    The Experimental Study of the Effects of Safflower Injection on

    Anti-Oxidant Activities of Acute Liver Injury in Rats

    Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of safflower injection on anti-oxidant activities of acute liver injury(AHI) in rats. Methods:Eighty rats were randomly divided into four groups: model group(n=24):rats with AHI were induced by injecting lipopolysaccharide / D-galactosamine (LPS/D-GalN). Safflower injection treatment group(n=24): rats were injected safflower injection thirty minutes before AHI. GSH group(n=24): rats were injected reduced glutathione injection(GSH) thirty minutes before AHI. Normal group(n=8): rats were injected saline. Eight rats in each group were sacrificed at 6h,24h and 48h time points, then their sera as well as hepatic tissues were collected to determine ALT,AST,NO,SOD and MDA levels.Results:Compared with the normal group, the level of ALT,AST,NO and MDA were significantly elevated at three time points (all of P<0.01) after AHI in model group, but the level of SOD were markedly reduced (P<0.01).
