旺拉格-37味丸对亚急性衰老小鼠自主活动记忆力\游泳耐力\SOD的影响(1)

     摘 要:目的:观察旺拉格-37对D-半乳糖所致小鼠亚急性衰老模型的自主活动、记忆能力、游泳耐力及SOD活性的影响,验证其强身、抗衰老作用。方法:将小鼠按体重随即分为空白对照组、模型组、旺拉格-37、抗衰复春片组。旺拉格-37组以3g/kg、抗衰复春片组0.7g/kg、均0.2mL/10g灌胃给药,模型组与对照组灌胃同体积的蒸馏水,每日1次,连续灌胃45天。给药的同时模型组和给药组小鼠每天颈背部皮下注射5%D-半乳糖,0.5mL/只,连续注射49天。空白对照组皮下注射等量的生理盐水。观察旺拉格-37对D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老小鼠自主活动、跳台学习记忆能力及学习记忆遗忘、游泳时间和血清SOD活性的影响。结果:旺拉格-37可使D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老小鼠的站立次数和活动次数明显增多,与模型组比较有显著性差异P<0.05;明显增强学习记忆和延长学习记忆遗忘时间,可使跳台实验潜伏期延长,错误次数减少,与模型组比较P<0.05;明显延长衰老小鼠游泳时间,与模型组比较P<0.05;升高血清SOD活性,与模型组比较P<0.05。结论 旺拉格-37能够改善D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老小鼠的多项体征,具有强壮身体、抗疲劳、抗衰老作用。

    Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of Wanglage-37pill on the Autonomous activity、 memory、swimming endurance and SOD of D-GlaN induced Subacute aging mice model ,to validate its physical and anti-aging effects. Methods:The mice were randomly divided into control group、model group、Wanglage-37pill group and Kangshuaifuchuanpian group, Wanglage-37pill group and Kangshuaifuchuanpian group are given intragastric administration 0.2mL/10g(3g/kg) and 0.2mL/10g(0.7g/kg), Starch control group and model group are given With the same volume distilled water intragastric administration 0.2mL/10g once a day ,continue to have 45days . Administration at the same time, model group are given 5%D-GlaN Neck back hypodermic each rat 0.5mL once a day,continue to have 49days , Starch control group are given Subcutaneous With the same volume distilled water. To observe the effects of Wanglage-37pill on the Autonomous activity、 memory、swimming endurance and SOD of D-GlaN induced Subacute aging mice model.Results: Wanglage-37pill group obviously increased the stand number and the number of activities of D-GlaN induced Subacute aging mice , compared with model group have significant differences P﹤0 ......
