摘 要：在荟萃分析近10年中医、中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能不全方案基础上，制定中西医结合治疗失代偿期、衰竭前期慢性肾功能不全方案，按照随机、开放、平行对照原则临床观察53例3个月，结果认为中西医结合方法治疗慢性肾功能不全在降低蛋白尿、降低血肌酐和血尿素氮方面与对照组比较有统计学意义。该研究认为，中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能不全有临床优势，但目前还没有具有代表意义的中西医结合治疗方案，下一步研究重点是：①完善有指导意义的中西医结合理论；②结合目前慢性肾衰分期标准，明确不同分期慢性肾衰的主要治疗指标是制定有效中西医结合治疗方案的关键；③有效中药的筛选和研究，是中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能不全的重点和难点。

Abstract:Based on the Meta-analysis of Chinese medicine and Integrative Medicine treatment programs of chronic renal insufficiency in nearly a decade，we set down the program to treat the patients with chronic renal insufficiency in decompensated stage and early failure stage.？ According to a randomized, open and parallel controlled principle，the clinical observation of 53 cases for 3 months concluded that compared with the control group the curative effect of Integrated treatment of chronic renal insufficiency in reducing proteinuria, lower serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen was statistically significant. The study suggests that combining Chinese and Western treatment of chronic renal insufficiency has its own clinical advantages, but until now there are no representative programs. So the next research focus on: ①Perfect the Instructive Integrative Theory②Combining the current stages of chronic renal failure to confirm the main treatment indicators in different stages is the key to develop effective treatment programs of Integrative Medicine③Effective selecting and research of Chinese medicine is the important and difficult point in Integrated Treatment of chronic renal insufficiency.

慢性肾功能不全(CRF)的综合治疗是目前临床医生取得的共识，要点集中于低蛋白饮食、降压、纠正贫血以及尽可能地祛除原发病因素，但一直未能得到令医生和患者满意的结果。在这一难题破解之中，中医、中西医结合治疗方法不同程度上取得了临床疗效，并具有一定临床优势，却又存在着很多需要深入研究之处，尤其是不同类型治疗方法有诸多可讨论之处。鉴于此，我们对慢性肾功能不全中西医结合治疗方案从理论和临床上进行了相关研究。
