【摘要】目的：探讨吻合器在食管癌切除食管胃吻合术中降低切口感染率的应用价值。方法：回顾分析我院1998年3月手工吻合43例与2006年3月器械吻合59例病人行食管癌切除食管胃吻合术，比较器械吻合组和手工吻合组术后切口感染率的发生。结果：器械吻合组平均手术时间较手工组短，术后并发吻合口瘘、吻合口狭窄、切口感染及围术期死亡率均较手工组明显降低。结论：器械吻合方法操作简便，吻合可靠，手术时间短，感染率降低，较手工吻合术后并发症少。

    Relationship between anastomotic way of esophagus and stomach andincisional infection

    【Abstract】Objective:To study the applied value of anastomat in reducing the incisional infedtion rate in the esophagogastrostomy after resection fo esophageal carcinoma.Methods:The incisional infection rates between the manual way (43 cases) in March 1998 and the anastomat way (59 cases) in March 2006 in the esophagogastrostomy after resection fo esophageal carcinoma were compared.Results:Compared with the manual way,the group with the anastomat way spent the shorter operation time and had a lower incidence in the anastomotic leakage,anastomotic stricture,incisional infection and perioperative mortality.Conclusion:Compared with the manual way,the anastomat way operated more simply and reliably and spent shorter time,and had a lower infection rate,with fewer complications. ......
