【摘要】目的：探讨隐形义齿在临床应用中失败原因。方法：对262例牙列缺损患者制作隐形义齿后的结果进行分析。结果：262例患者制作的隐形义齿中，248例戴用舒适美观，失败14例。结论：隐形义齿具有美观、舒适的特点，在每一步操作中严格、正规、细心地完成，使失败的可能性降到最低。
