微粒子酶免疫法检测乙肝病毒标志物的临床应用

     【摘要】目的:探讨微粒子酶免疫分析法检测乙肝病毒标志物的临床应用。方法:对我院肝病科住院及门诊患者360例患者采用微粒子酶免疫分析法(MEIA)检测血清乙肝标志物,并与时间分辨免疫荧光技术(TRFIA)检测结果进行比较和分析。结果:MEIA法与TRFIA法对HBeAg和抗HBe的检出阳性率差异有显著性(P<0.05),MEIA法检出率高于TRFIA法;而对HBsAg、抗HBc和抗HBs的检出阳性率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:微粒子酶免疫分析法可较为稳定、准确、可靠的检测病毒标志物,为临床观察及乙肝疫苗的接种提供依据。

    【Abstract】Objective microparticle enzyme immunoassay detection of hepatitis B virus markers of clinical applications. Methods inpatient and liver disease patients treated with 360 cases of microparticle enzyme immunoassay (MEIA) serum HBV markers, and time-resolved immunofluorescence (TRFIA) test results were compared and analyzed. MEIA results of the law and the law TRFIA of HBeAg and anti-HBe positive rate of detection of the difference was significant (P <0.05), MEIA detection rate is higher than TRFIA law; on H BsAg, anti-HBc and anti-HBs-positive detection Rates were not significantly different (P>0.05). Conclusion microparticle enzyme immunoassay can be more stable, accurate and reliable detection of the virus marker for clinical observation and hepatitis B vaccination to provide a basis. ......
