摘要：目的：探讨“桥”式缝合术在阴道前壁脱垂治疗中的价值。

    方法：30例阴道前壁脱垂患者行“桥”式缝合术与30例阴道前壁脱垂患者行传统的阴道前壁修补术进行临床资料回顾性分析。

    结果：“桥”式缝合术与传统的阴道前壁修补术相比，手术时间短，出血少，术后近期未复发。

    结论：治疗阴道前壁脱垂两种术式均较安全，而“桥”式缝合术更适合，值得临床推广。
