也谈如何改变性别刻板印象(1)

     【摘 要】 每个时代的文化,练就了自己时代的性别内涵,而当进入新时代时,不适应新时代的部分就成为了刻板的性别印象,会束缚人们的言行,阻碍社会的发展。因此,如何改变这些刻板的性别印象,成为了教育者的使命,教师在自己的日常言行中自然担当了重要的角色。师范教育在教师培养中,应该当仁不让的关注这一点。当代社会性别内涵还需要理论研究和实践的检验,本文对此略述拙见。

    How to Change gender stereotype?

    【Abstract】 There exists gender connotation in every culture and era. When a new era is ushered in, those inadaptable parts of gender may become rigid stereotype, restricting people’s speech and behaviors and hindering social development. Therefore, it becomes a mission for educators to change these stereotypes of gender. Teachers play an important role in their daily speech and behaviors. Teachers’ training should also attach importance to the education of gender stereotype changes.More theoretical and practical researches should be done to fully reveal the gender connotation in contemporary society. ......
