综上所述，阿立哌唑能有效缓解精神分裂症的阳性症状、阴性症状及一般精神病理症状，对性功能无明显影响。但本研究样本量小、观察时间较短且没有设置正常对照组，阿立哌唑对于精神分裂症患者确切的疗效和对性功能的影响尚需进一步扩大样本量以及长期随访观察来验证。
