    【摘 要】目的 分析碳酸利多卡因应用于临床麻醉中的阻滞作用。方法 将40例疝修补手术病人随机分为A、B两组,每组20例,A组局麻药选择盐酸利多卡因,B组选碳酸利多卡因。围术期监测两组病人的麻醉起效时间、阻滞完善时间等项目。结果 B组麻醉起效时间、阻滞完善时间均优于A组(P<0.01);其余项目无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 临床麻醉(硬膜外麻醉)使用碳酸利多卡因,麻醉效果满意。但要注意其局麻药毒副作用的发生。

    Efficacy Analysis Carbonated Lidocaine Used in Clinical Anethesia

    【Abstract】Objective To analyze the block action in clinical anaesthesia of lidocaine carbonates.Methods 40 patients with herniorrhaphy were allocated into two groups (A and B).Each one group had twenty patients.Peri-operational monitor in anaesthatic acting affecting time of group A made use of lidocaine hydrochloride and group B used lidocaine carbonate.Results Anaesthotic affect time of group B was significantly quicker than group A (P<0.01).There was no difference in other parametres between group A and B(P>0.05).Conclusion Lidocaine carbonate in clinical anaesthesia is satisfactory,but must be noticed to the side effects. ......
