【摘要】目的: 分析、研究滇重楼的抑菌谱。方法:利用液体稀释法分别测定滇重楼两种方法提取物对11种细菌的抑菌作用。结果:滇重楼对金黄色葡萄球菌、伤寒沙门菌、普通变形杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌,具有明显的抑菌作用(P<0.05);滇重楼的乙醇提取物的抑菌作用,明显优于煎煮法提取物的抑菌作用(P<0.05)。结论:滇重楼具有广谱的抗菌作用;不同提取方法,直接影响滇重楼的抗菌效果。
