138例老年性心力衰竭的临床分析(1)
【中图分类号】R44 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-3783(2010)11-0014-02【摘要】目的：分析老年性心力衰竭的发病原因及临床特点、防治方法。方法：随机选取我院2007年1月-2009年12月接诊的138例老年性心力衰竭病患资料进行统计分析，根据患者不同的发病原因、临床特点、发病诱因，予以相应的治疗方案并总结预防措施。结果：本次调查中共138例病患，通过我院有针对性的治疗后，显效82例，显效率为(59.4%)，有效43例，有效率(31.2%)，无效13例，均死亡，死亡率(9.4%)。讨论：老年病人常有多种疾病并存，可掩盖或加重心脏临床表现，以致临床上的误诊或漏诊，应与其他疾病进行鉴别，明确诊断，积极治疗。

【Abstract】Objective:to analyse the senile hf morbi and clinical characteristics, prevention and treatment. Methods:randomly selected from tifert January 2007-December 2009, accepts 138 cases of senile hf patients statistical analysis, according to patients with different etiologies, clinical characteristics, pathogenesis, give corresponding treatment incentive scheme and summarizing preventive measures. Results:this survey CPC 138 cases of patients, through our targeted after treatment, powerfully 82 cases, significant efficiency for (59.4%), effective 43 cases, efficient (total), invalid 13 cases, all death, mortality (9.4% lower). Discussion:elderly patients often have many diseases can coexist, cover or aggravating heart clinical expression, so that the clinical diagnosis, should be misdiagnosed or with other diseases were identified, diagnosis, active therapy. ......
