【摘 要】目的：对比分析外侧入路与内侧入路经皮微创钢板内固定术治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法：将在我院骨科进行经皮微创钢板内固定术治疗的52例胫骨远端骨折患者随机分两组，各26例。对照组经胫骨远端内侧锁定钢板内固定，实验组经胫骨远端外侧锁定钢板内固定。比较两组手术效果。结果：两组手术治疗效果比较无明显的差异性(p>0.05)。但和对照组比，实验组术后并发症发生率更少(p <0.05)。结论：外侧入路经皮微创钢板内固定术治疗胫骨远端骨折的疗效与内侧入路相当，但经外侧入路的创伤更小，更有助于保障手术成功。

    Abstract Objective：To compare the effect of percutaneous minimally invasive plate internal fixation for distal tibial fractures through different approaches.Methods：52 patients were randomly divided into two groups，26 in each group.The control group was treated with distal medial tibial locking plate and the experimental group was treated with distal lateral tibial locking plate.Results： The incidence of complications in experimental group was lower than control group(p<0.05).Conclusion：Percutaneous minimally invasive plate internal fixation via lateral approach for distal tibial fractures has less trauma. ......
