【摘 要】 肿瘤淋巴管的生成在胃癌淋巴道转移过程中起着至关重要的作用。近年来,淋巴管生成因子(VEGF-C/D)及VEGFR-3等淋巴内皮特异性标志物的发现,提示肿瘤源性VEGF-C和VEGF-D可诱导肿瘤内淋巴管生成,促进淋巴转移,为揭示恶性肿瘤淋巴转移机制及进行胃癌的防治提供新的研究思路。

    【Abstract】 Lymphatic vessel formation plays an important role in lymphatic metastasis in Gastric Cancer.Recently, it reports that VEGF-C and VEGF-D can induce lymph vessels formation in tumor to promote lymph node metastasis, which following the discovery of lymphatic vessel production factor and lymphatic vessel endothelial special marker.It provides new ideas to reveal the mechanism of lymphatic metastasis of m alignant tumors and to research the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.
