注射用阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾配伍液变色和沉淀的原因分析(1)

     [摘要]目的分析注射用阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾配伍液变色和沉淀的原因,提出预防措施,确保临床用药安全有效。方法查阅相关文献,从中获取阿莫西林钠和克拉维酸钾的稳定性资料,解释变色沉淀现象。结果本品配伍液变色与阿莫西林钠和克拉维酸钾在一定条件下(水分、温度、光线、溶媒及pH值、时间)分解有关;沉淀与配伍时温度低、pH值低、浓度高有关。结论本品应密闭,在凉暗干燥处(≤20℃)保存,用0.9%氯化钠注射液(pH值6.5~7.0)溶解,立即稀释至1.2g/100ml,并在2h内(20℃以下暗处)完成整个输液过程。

    [Abstract]Objectives: To analyze the causes of the color turning and precipitation phenomena of for-injection Amoxicillin Sodium and Clavulanate Potassium and propose corresponding measures for a safe clinic consumption of the product. Methods: Summarize the existing researches on the stability of Amoxicillin Sodium and Clavulanate Potassium for Injection from an extensive literature review. Results: It is fund that the color turning and precipitation phenomena of Amoxicillin Sodium and Clavulanate Potassium are related to the certain conditions ( e.g. moisture content, temperature, light, menstruum, PH value and time) under which the process takes place.Conclusion: In order to ensure a safely clinic consumption, the Amoxicillin Sodium and Clavulanate Potassium for injection should be maintained in a cool (≤20 ℃), dry, hermetic, and light-free condition, and be used within 2 hours once after its dilution to 1.2g/100ml within0.9% common salt injection (pH between 6.5 and 7.0). ......
