[摘要]目的探讨微波治疗常年变应性鼻炎。方法利用微波行鼻腔筛前神经分支及下鼻甲黏膜凝固术。结果近期疗效：显效96.7%，无效3.3%；远期疗效：显效90%，有效6.7%，无效3.3%。微波治疗常年变应性鼻炎是一种疗效显著、安全、副作用小的方法。
