1.2 Oxidization and its characterization of LDL
The LDL solution was oxidized for 12 hours in PBS with 10μmol/L CuSO4 at 37℃, then was dialysed for 24 hours in PBS with 10mg/L EDTA at 4℃, changing dialysing solution every 8 hours. The quantitative analysis of oxidization was determined with the content of thiobarbituric acid reaction substance (TBARS). 0.1mL sample or standard dipropionaldehyde was added into 2.9mL complex liquid (including 0.92mol/L CCl3COOH, 0.026mol/L C4H4N2O2S, 0.25mol/L HCl), and the above miscible liquid was heated for 30 minutes in 100℃ water.
