    【摘要】慢性肾炎绝大多数是其他原发性肾小球疾病直接发展的结果，少数慢性肾炎由急性链球菌感染后肾炎直接转变而成，是一种常见的慢性肾脏疾患，中医学属“水肿”范畴。从中医临床辨证来看，多以脾肾阳虚为主。中西医结合的方式治疗可延缓病情进展，可以取得很好的临床效果。

    【Abstract】The majority of the chronic nephritis are result from other primary glomerulus disease’s development directly. The minority resultsdirectly from the nephritis after the acute chain coccus infection, which is a kind of common chronic nephropathy, taken in the category as “dropsy” by the traditional Chinese medicine. the Clinical dialectical of Chinese medicine view it primarily as spleen kidney’s deficiency of yang (male). The cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment may delay the progress of the illness, may obtain the very good clinical effect as well.
