    【摘要】处理人际关系是大学生中的一个热点问题。本文通过对某高校一个人际关系问题典型案例的分析,说明了在影响人际关系问题的原因中,人格因素所起的重大作用。要矫正一个人的人格是比较困难的,除了给他(她)无条件的积极关注,给他(她)信任、尊重、鼓励以外,还要运用认知领悟疗法、行为训练法等方法,使其建立起正确的认知模式及行为模式。

    【Abstract】 Deals with the interpersonal relationship is in a university student’s hot topic. This article through to a some universities interpersonal relationship question typical case analysis, showed in the influence interpersonal relationship question reason, the significant role which the personality factor plays. Must rectify a person’s personality is quite difficult, except gives him (her) the unconditional positive attention, (she) trusts, outside the respect, the encouragement for him, but also must utilize cognition method and so on comprehension therapy, behavior training method, causes it to establish the correct cognition pattern and the behavior pattern.
