    【摘要】目的：探讨后路椎弓根钉棒固定同期前路病灶清除椎间植骨治疗胸腰段脊柱结核的疗效。方法：收集前路取自体髂骨椎间植骨治疗胸腰段脊柱结核患者18例进行统计分析。结果：18例全部骨性愈合；后突畸形平均矫正18°；侧凸平均矫正15°；合并截瘫2例从术前Frankel C级D级各一例，均恢复到Frankel E 级。结论：后路椎弓根钉棒前路自体髂骨植骨治疗胸腰段脊柱结核患者可增强脊柱稳定性，促进植骨融合，矫正脊柱后突、侧凸畸形，疗效确切。
