    【摘要】由于肿瘤的高病死率以及治疗过程中经受的痛苦体验,会使肿瘤患者特别是新发生的肿瘤患者产生强烈的心理反应。尽管诊断技术的不断提高和发展,为患者赢得了宝贵的时间。手术、化疗、放疗的联合应用,使患者的病情及时得到控制,肿瘤患者的治愈率和生存率明显提高,但肿瘤患者仍不能摆脱因“死亡的威胁”而产生的巨大的心理压力。所以在临床工作中,做好周密的心理护理工作十分重要。由于患者的年龄、修养、文化水平以及家庭情况、社会环境、个人心理的不同,对肿瘤产生的心理状态也有差别。
